Capture a check image in Auto mode:




  • Enter the Check amount
  • Start with the front of the check.
  • Hold your device at chest level and slowly lower it until the check is in the box.
  • Flip check over and endorse the back if you haven't done so already.
  • Just like in the previous step, hold your device at chest level and slowly lower it until the check is auto-captured.
    If you are having difficulty capturing the check:
    • Place check on a contrasting background
    • Move to an environment with more light
    • Start scanning far away from the check and slowly move closer to it.

Follow these steps to process a RDC Guarantee Transaction:




  • Select the "CHECKS" option
  • Select the "RDC GUARANTEE" option
  • Enter the Check amount
  • Take an image of the Front and Back of the check
  • The image data will be captured and populated:
    • If the checks routing number, account number, check number, and/or check amount has errors, proceed to edit the fields as needed.
  • Optional: Enter the Customer Number for the check writer; if none exists, one can be created.
  • Check Writers Details will be populated based on the Customer Number. Enter any blank fields as needed.
    • Required fields have asterisks, all other fields are optional.
  • On the Verify Information screen, confirm all fields are correct, then click SUBMIT or correct the data then click SUBMIT to process the transaction.
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval/Transaction Number
    • If the Customer Number was entered and is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER to save the customers data so it will be pre-filled next time.

Follow these steps to process a RDC Non-Guarantee Transaction:




  • Select the "CHECKS" option
  • Select the "RDC NON-GUARANTEE" option
  • Enter the Check amount
  • Take an image of the Front and Back of the check
  • The image data will be captured and populated:
    • If the checks routing number, account number, check number, and/or check amount has errors, proceed to edit the fields as needed.

Follow these steps to process a RDC Hold Transaction:




  • Select the "CHECKS" option
  • Select the "RDC Hold" option
  • Select the location to process or, if only 1 is available, this step will be skipped.
  • Choose the number of checks from the dropdown
  • Enter the check amount
  • Scan the Front and Back of the check
  • Click on Scheduled Transaction Date and choose the deposit date for the check
  • Verify that the check data and amount are correct and edit as needed
    • If the check amount entered does not match the check amount scanned on the check, you will need to re-enter the check amount
  • Repeat the previous steps for the each additional check
  • Enter all of the customers data as requested
    • All fields with an asterisk (*) are required
    • All other fields are optional
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval/Transaction Number
    • If the Customer Number was entered and is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER to save the customers data so it will be pre-filled next time.

Follow these steps to process a COD Pre-Auth Transaction:




  • Select the "CHECKS" option
  • Select the "COD PRE-AUTH" option
  • Enter the check amount and Phone Number and/or (optional) Customer ID then press NEXT
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval Number

Follow these steps to process a COD Post-Auth Transaction:




  • Select the "CHECKS" option
  • Select the "COD POST-AUTH" option
  • Click on the Pre-Auth ID of the transaction to be processed
    • Typing in the Pre-Auth Number to narrow the list as needed
  • Update the check amount if needed then click NEXT
  • Take an image of the Front and Back of the check
  • The image data will be captured and populated:
    • If the checks routing number, account number, check number, and/or check amount has errors, proceed to edit the fields as needed.
  • Enter the Customer Number for the check writer; if none exists, create one for them.
  • Check writers Details will be populated based on the Customer Number. Enter any blank fields as needed
  • On the Verify Information screen, confirm all fields are correct, then either correct the data then click SUBMIT to process the transaction.
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval/Transaction Number
    • If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER to save the customers data so it will be pre-filled next time.

Follow these steps to process a ACH Guarantee Transaction:




  • Select the "ACH" option
  • Select the "ACH GUARANTEE" option
  • Select Personal or Business
  • Enter the Customer # if available (not required)
    • If the Customer # was previously saved, the Check Writers information will populate once the field is exited.
  • Enter the Routing #, Account #, Check #, and Amount.
  • For personal transactions, enter the first name and last name of the customer. For Business transactions, enter the Business name of the customer.
  • Enter the customers address information.
  • Enter the customers ID Informattion.
    • If the transaction is a personal transaction, enter the ID Type and ID Number. Then enter the customers home phone number.
    • If the transaction is a business transaction, enter the company phone number.
  • Press "NEXT"
  • On the Verify Information screen, confirm all fields are correct, then either go back (pressing the back arrow at the top left of the screen) and correct the data or click NEXT to process the transaction.
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval/Transaction Number
    • If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER to save the customers data so it will be pre-filled next time.

Follow these steps to process a ACH Non-Guarantee Single Transaction:




  • Select the "ACH" option
  • Select the "ACH NON-GUARANTEE" option
  • Select "NO" for Recurring Payments
  • Select a "Schedule Payment Date"
  • Enter the Customer # if available (not required)
    • If the Customer # was previously saved, the Check Writers information will populate once the field is exited.
  • Enter the Routing #, Account #, (optional Check Number), and Amount.
  • For personal checks, enter the first name and last name of the check writer. For Business checks, enter the Business name of the check.
  • Enter the invoice #, this is optional.
  • Enter the Customer Name
  • Select Personal or Business
  • Press "NEXT"
  • On the Verify Information screen, confirm all fields are correct, then either go back (pressing the back arrow at the top left of the screen) and correct the data or click NEXT to process the transaction.
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval/Transaction Number
    • If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER to save the customers data so it will be pre-filled next time.

  • Select the "ACH" option
  • Select the "ACH NON-GUARANTEE" option
  • Select "YES" for Recurring Payments
  • Select the Number of Payments
  • Select the Frequency of Payments
  • Select a "Schedule Payment Date"
  • Enter the Customer # if available (not required)
    • If the Customer # was previously saved, the Check Writers information will populate once the field is exited.
  • Enter the Routing #, Account #, (optional Check Number), and Amount.
  • Enter the invoice #, this is optional.
  • Enter the Customer Name
  • Select Personal or Business
  • Press "NEXT"
  • On the Verify Information screen, confirm all fields are correct, then either go back (pressing the back arrow at the top left of the screen) and correct the data or click NEXT to process the transaction.
  • The order has been processed once you see the Approval/Transaction Number
